Started by three friends
UMERAL was started by three friends with a shared interest in using AI to solve real business problems. What began as a small idea has grown into a UK-based AI services company supporting clients across different countries, building custom AI automation systems for customer enquiries, sales workflows and internal business processes.
We saw how fast AI was changing the way people work, communicate and manage daily tasks. More importantly, we saw that many businesses wanted to use AI but did not know where to start.
We created UMERAL to make AI systems practical for real businesses. Our focus is not on selling generic tools. Our focus is on building systems that fit the way each business already works.

UMERAL was started by three friends with a shared interest in using AI to solve real business problems. Each founder leads a key part of the business, from partnerships and client workflows to system development and ongoing support.
Muhammad Umar
Co-Founder & Business Development Executive

Ali Imran
Co-Founder & AI Systems Developer

UK-based with international interest
UMERAL is registered in England and Wales and works primarily with businesses in the UK. We also work with companies across the United States, France, Saudi Arabia and Singapore, supporting selected international projects where there is a clear fit.
As Saudi Arabia continues to invest in digital transformation under Vision 2030, UMERAL aims to support businesses that want to improve internal systems, customer handling and operational efficiency. This does not imply official endorsement or government partnership.
